How To Drink & Store

HeartBeets is best enjoyed everyday after your Green Drink or after your workout. Shake well and add 8 oz of HeartBeets to ice and additional water if desired. 

  1. When you get your order it should be cold and may be partially frozen. 
  2. Put one bottle in the refrigerator. Additional bottles can go in the freezer.
  3. Move the freezer bottle to the refrigerator before you finish you first bottle.
  4. Bottles should stay fresh for up to 4 days after thawed.
  5. Finish by day 7, just in time for your next order.
